Who we are
Changsha Promote Export Consulting Co., Ltd is an Italian-invested company based in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. We supply high-precision mechanical components to Tier 1 automotive suppliers and industrial aftermarket buyers in Europe. Our roots are in automotive casting, machining and quality control, and we combine European technical standards with a Chinese production base.

Our manufacturing base
Casting, machining, treatment and assembly, carried out on dedicated lines under our own engineering and quality supervision. We supply finished components, not only raw parts.
Iron casting
Ductile and grey iron, sand and shell moulding, from a few hundred grams to structural parts.
Forging
Hot and cold forging of steel components, machined and heat treated to finished specification.
Machining
CNC turning and milling, finished to drawing tolerance and ready to fit.
Heat treatment
Normalising, quenching and tempering, case hardening, carburising, nitriding.
Surface treatment
KTL and powder coating, zinc plating, hot dip galvanising, anodising, primer paint, VCI anti-rust packing.
Assembly
